Return policy

 

The returns can be made by courier. If you want to return an article, you must report it within 14 days of the date of delivery. From the date of notification, you will have another 14-day period to return your article by sending an email to our technical office, then you can send it to the address indicated on the return label.

The returned products must meet the following conditions for the order to be reimbursed:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Products that have been worn, used, altered or ruined will not be accepted.
  • Articles with a return label will only succeed if the label has not been removed.
  • The return is not provided for custom items and Made to Order. The sale of these products is final.

The shipment of Reso are free are in Italy.

How do I make a Reso?

Please follow these instructions:

Made by courier:

  1. Return the goods you want to return in the original package.
  2. Note the items you are returning together with the reason for the return.
  3. Attach the attached prepaid shipping label on the package and arrange the withdrawal by contacting the courier directly to the number on the return shipping label.
  4. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label do not foresee additional costs. Please note that Landi Accessories is not responsible for the goods returned through an alternative courier service. It is recommended to use the prepaid label.
  5. If for any reason you are unable to find the prepared label, do not hesitate toContactYeah. The courier's tracking number shall be indicated on the prepaid shipping label. Refer to this number to monitor the status of your return.
  6. Once received in stock, the return will be processed within fourteen working days and re-credited on the form of payment used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the report is successfully completed. The standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be reimbursed. The additional costs for Saturday delivery are not refundable.

 

How do I make a switch?

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Return the goods you want to return in the original package.
  2. If you want to change product, note the items you are returning together with the new product code, which you can find on the product description page.
  3. Attach the attached prepaid shipping label on the package and arrange the withdrawal by contacting the courier directly to the number on the return shipping label.

For orders made via Paypal, the changes can only be processed for products of lower or identical value. If you are making a change for a product of lower cost, you will receive a partial refund directly on your Paypal account.

 

How long before I get my refund?

Returns sent by mail to the warehouse will be processed in 14 working days from the moment they are received. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. Reimbursements will be re-credited to the form of payment used for the purchase. The additional costs for Saturday delivery are not refundable.

 

 

Can I return a custom product?

For custom items and/or custom-made items, it will not be possible to delete or modify the order once forwarded. The sale of these products is considered final and does not provide for any possibility of return.
